I just got into pipe smoking recently and bought some Davidoff Flake Medallions, Orlik Golden Sliced, Nightcap, and this one based on the website's recommendations. I haven't had the chance to try them all yet, but I've already smoked the Davidoff Flake Medallions, Orlik Golden Sliced — they taste really great. Although I can't detect all the subtle flavors, the sweetness and plum notes are really prominent.

There was a bit of biting at the beginning, but by the middle of the pipe, there was no feeling of that, and the taste was rich toasted bread of v grass, wood and nuts.

I'm absolutely in love with this stuff! Makes a great all-day smoke; never leaves me feeling sleepy. The one & only downside is not having a bigger tin available.

Escudo is a staple in my cellar, and for good reason. It ages exceptionally well, though I particularly enjoy it with just a year of age. At that point, opening a tin reveals an incredible muscadine aroma, evoking memories of childhood trips with my mom to roadside fruit stands. The blend not only smells amazing but also tastes great, offering a balanced mix of fruit, spice, and a hint of hay, especially when young. If you haven't tried it yet, I highly recommend it.

At the beginning, the main line is the taste of grass and dried fruit, the bucket temperature is slightly higher, and in the end, the mouth is a stimulating feeling, which seems to be OK.
