This is easily one of my top 5 English blends. It burns well at a moderate pace, typically requiring only 1-2 relights per bowl. The room note has the aroma of freshly baked bread, fresh-cut hay, and a hint of leather. The taste is reminiscent of smoky jerky and wheat toast. It’s even better after drying for 24 hours and letting it sit in a mason jar for a week or more.
