The flavor is mild and very sweet. There is no harshness or boisterousness. It has a strong aroma when inhaled. It can be said that there is almost no off-flavor and it is quite good.

Richly fragrant with ample sweetness, offering notes of nectar and bread as well as a fragrance I find hard to describe. The tobacco itself is on the dry side, yet it still smokes wet and is prone to gurgling.

I have never had the original Three Nuns, so I have no basis for comparison, however I can tell you this is a superb tobacco that has a lot going for it.
