Barreda Don Chico Connecticut Chairman

The Barreda Don Chico Connecticut Robusto is a medium-bodied Nicaraguan blend wrapped in a smooth Connecticut leaf that offers creamy flavour with more spice and body than a classic Connecticut profile in a 5 x 54 robusto. Handmade in Estelí by the third generation Barreda family, this cigar combines a Connecticut wrapper with Nicaraguan binder and fillers to create a refined profile that is approachable yet far from bland, designed to be enjoyed comfortably at any time of day. The robusto size at 5 x 54 provides a satisfying burn time with cool, even combustion and reliable construction, giving you dense, flavourful smoke without harsh edges.

On the palate, you can expect a creamy base with gentle sweetness supported by notes of toasted cedar, nuts and a noticeable but controlled spice that keeps the profile interesting from first light to finish. The body stays in the medium range, making Barreda Don Chico Connecticut Robusto an ideal choice for smokers who enjoy smoother cigars with nuance, or for experienced palates looking for a Connecticut that brings more flavour and spice while remaining balanced and easygoing.
