Shipping Policy

For items placed in the cart or orders submitted, please complete the payment within 24 hours; otherwise, your order will be canceled. For sale items during promotional events, including those with discount codes or discounts automatically applied at checkout, payment must be completed within 12 hours after placing your order; otherwise, your order will be canceled.

Your order will be shipped in 24-48 hours after placed, not including public holidays.

Normal estimated delivery time is 2-10 business days.

All sales/holiday items may subject to 5-15 days to ship.

We do NOT ship tobacco products to Utah, South Dakota, and Washington.

Free shipping will be shipped by SurePost for choose by us.

We may send your order by multiply packages/shipments.

Your order may be cancelled by inventory or product quality issues.

We may request your credit card and ID photos for fraud check.

Cigars or other item(s) may be opened for quality inspection, the box(es) you may receive been opened.

Return Policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means customer have 15 days after receiving order to request a return.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@70cigars.com, the acceptance may take up to 3 business days.

If return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

-Please send return request or question to sales@70cigars.com.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

-Cigars must with original cellophane wrapper intact, cut or smoked cigars will not be accepted as returned product.

-All opened pipe tobaccos are not accepted return.

-All free items must return with original order together.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will pay shipping cost for damage or incorrect items.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or by store credit. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Price Match Policy

70Cigars is dedicated to offering you with the best value on our premium cigars. If you find that a product you purchased from us has dropped in price within 7 days of your purchase, we will gladly match the new price by refunding the difference. Please review our policy below for more details:

General Price Match Policy:

  • -Eligibility: Our Price Match Guarantee is applicable to products purchased directly from 70Cigars.com.
  • -Time frame: If you find that a product you purchased from us has dropped in price within 7 days of your purchase, we will gladly match the new price by refunding the difference by gift card credit.
  • -Deadline for making a price match request: Requests for price matching must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • -Verification: To request a price match, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the new price of the product on our website. We will verify the price before processing your refund.
  • -Refund Process: Once verified, the price difference will be refunded to your account by gift card credit.

Holiday and Special Campaign Exclusions:

  • During special sales campaigns such as Chinese New Year, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Black Friday, Christmas Sale, and other holiday promotions, our standard 7-day price match policy does not apply. These events are excluded from price matching due to the temporary nature and significant discounts offered during these periods.

International orders

--All international orders are final sale, we do not accept return.

--We are not responsible for damaged, miss-delivered, stolen, lost, or seized packages. This is non-negotiable.

--Normal estimated delivery time is 1-6 weeks, USPS IPA, First Class International  and e-PLUS may take up to 8-40 weeks.

--Consumers are responsible for paying import duties or tax and any clearance related cost.

--Orders that are returned due to unpaid taxation or duties will be assessed a restocking fee of 5% of the product value.

--70Cigars will not be responsible for the package if stopped by customs. If your customs agency stops the package you may be able refuse payment of taxation. All returned/refused orders will be assessed a 5% restocking fee. The original postage for a returned order is also deemed used and is non-refundable.All returned packages will only be refunded for product.

There is no free shipping offer to international orders.

Please allow extra 24-48 hours to process international orders.

All international orders will be shipped by USPS only, Canada may have UPS option.

If there is any discrepancy between the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
