Balmoral

Balmoral cigars, a brand with a rich heritage dating back to 1895, are produced by Royal Agio Cigars, a family-owned Dutch company. Known for their commitment to quality and innovation, Balmoral has established itself by blending premium Caribbean and South American tobaccos, often featuring unique wrapper leaves.

Balmoral cigars are crafted in the Dominican Republic, with a focus on selecting and aging tobaccos from specific regions like the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and Brazil. The brand is particularly known for its use of the rare Brazilian Mata Norte wrapper on some of its premium lines, contributing to distinct flavor profiles.

Product Lines

Balmoral Añejo XO: A medium-to-full-bodied line known for its complex blend, often featuring a Brazilian Arapiraca wrapper. It delivers notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and a hint of pepper.
Balmoral Dueto: A collaboration with Ernesto Perez-Carrillo, this line combines Nicaraguan and Dominican tobaccos, often with a Nicaraguan wrapper, offering a medium-bodied profile with notes of spice, earth, and sweetness.
Balmoral San Pedro de Macorís: Named after the Dominican region, these cigars are known for their accessible yet flavorful profiles. The Nicaragua blend offers notes of nuts and cream, while the Brazil blend provides a richer, earthier experience.
