Strong smoky flavor, grassy notes, citrus, and some nutty taste, really quite like a cigar. It’s sour first then sweet, with a pretty strong throat hit in the middle and later stages, can make your mouth dry easily. I’d suggest storing it in the jar for three months before tasting; it should be much better.
