Cascadia Open Water

I’ve tried three of the Cascadia blends along with some other popular plug tobaccos, and the quality here is outstanding. With some aging, this could become exceptional. The plug does require cutting and rubbing out, but if that’s something you enjoy, this is the best I’ve come across.
