It burns cool and even, making it a perfect all-day smoke if it weren’t for its small batch availability. I'm pleased I ordered extra to age in my cellar. The flavor becomes increasingly complex as you progress through the bowl. If you can find it, give it a try, even if you're not a fan of Burleys.
