Shipping Policy
- After placing an order, payment must be completed within 24 hours. If payment is not completed within this timeframe, the order may be canceled.
- For sale items or promotional orders, including orders using discount codes or automatic checkout discounts, payment must be completed within 12 hours after the order is placed. Otherwise, the order may be canceled.
- Orders are normally shipped within 24 – 48 hours after payment is completed, excluding public holidays. The normal estimated delivery time is 2 – 10 business days.
- During sales events or holiday periods, orders may require an additional 5 – 15 business days to process and ship.
- We do not ship tobacco products to Utah, South Dakota, or Washington.
- Free shipping orders will be shipped by UPS SurePost or another carrier selected by 70Cigars.
- Orders may be shipped in multiple packages or separate shipments.
- If you choose to ship your order to a freight forwarding warehouse, consolidation warehouse, third-party receiving warehouse, or similar third-party address, the order will be considered delivered once the package is signed for, accepted, or marked as delivered by the carrier. 70Cigars is not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, theft, misdelivery, or missing items after delivery to the third-party address.
- 70Cigars reserves the right to cancel an order due to inventory shortages, product quality issues, payment issues, or other operational reasons.
- For fraud prevention purposes, we may request a photo of your credit card and a valid government-issued ID.
- Some cigars or other items may be opened for quality inspection before shipment. As a result, some boxes you receive may appear to have been opened for inspection.
Return Policy
- We offer a 15-day return policy. Customers have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- To request a return, please contact us at sales@70cigars.com. Return requests may take up to 3 business days to review.
- If your return request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as received.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Cigars must have the original cellophane wrapper intact.
- Cut, smoked, or partially used cigars cannot be returned.
- Opened pipe tobacco products cannot be returned.
- Any free gifts or promotional items included with the original order must also be returned.

6. For approved returns, the original shipping cost is non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or an incorrect item.
7. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, mobile app subscriptions, or final-sale items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@70cigars.com as soon as possible.
- Please include the following information:

- Photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
4. Once we receive the required information, we will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.
5. If the issue is confirmed to be caused by damage during shipment, a defective product, or an incorrect item sent by us, 70Cigars will cover the return shipping cost.
After-Sales Service
- We provide after-sales support for eligible purchased items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To request after-sales service, please contact sales@70cigars.com.
- Requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery will not be accepted.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. Refunds may be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
- Mobile app subscriptions and gift cards are non-refundable and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@70cigars.com.
Price Match Policy
- 70Cigars is committed to offering competitive pricing on premium cigars.
- If a product purchased directly from 70Cigars.com drops in price within 10 days of your purchase, you may request a price adjustment. If approved, the price difference will be issued as store credit or gift card credit.
- Eligibility
- Our price match policy applies only to products purchased directly from 70Cigars.com.
- The price match policy does not apply to:

How to Request a Price Match
- To request a price match, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the new product price listed on our website.
- We will verify the price before approving any price adjustment.
Holiday and Special Campaign Exclusions
- The standard 10-day price match policy does not apply during major sales campaigns, including but not limited to Chinese New Year, Presidents’ Day, Easter, Father’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Black Friday, Christmas sales, and other holiday or special promotions.
- If you have any questions or would like to request a price match, please contact our customer service team through the live chat button on our website.
International Orders
- All international orders are final sale. We do not accept returns for international orders.
- 70Cigars is not responsible for damaged, misdelivered, stolen, lost, delayed, or seized international packages. This policy is non-negotiable.
- The normal estimated delivery time for international orders is 1 – 6 weeks. USPS IPA, First-Class International, and e-PLUS shipments may take 8 – 40 weeks.
- Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and any other related costs.
- If an order is returned due to unpaid taxes, duties, or customs fees, a restocking fee of 5% of the product value will apply.
- 70Cigars is not responsible if a package is stopped, held, rejected, or seized by customs. If a package is returned or refused, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. Any approved refund will apply to the product value only, after deducting applicable fees.
- Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
- Please allow an additional 24 – 48 hours for international order processing.
- All international orders are shipped by USPS only.
Mainland China – High-Value Order Shipping Notice
- For orders shipped to Mainland China with a value exceeding USD 275, the order is considered a high-value order.
- To reduce the risk of loss or damage during transit, we recommend splitting high-value orders into multiple parcels.
- If the customer chooses to ship the entire order in one parcel, 70Cigars will proceed according to the customer’s request. However, please note that according to the carrier’s compensation policy, the maximum compensation for Tier 1 and Tier 2 parcels is USD 500 per parcel.
- In the event of loss or damage during transportation, the carrier’s maximum compensation will not exceed USD 500 per parcel. Any loss exceeding this amount will be the customer’s responsibility.
