Auction

Next auction starts April 2, 11am EST. 

• All individuals aged 21 and above are eligible to participate in the auction, which adopts an ascending price format (highest bid wins).

• Auction duration: 48 hours.

• Bidders must not engage in malicious collusion or manipulation of bidding. The highest bidder at the close of the auction will be deemed the winner.

• By placing a bid, participants agree to pay the winning bid amount. Failure to make payment within the stipulated timeframe will result in a deduction of 5,000 loyalty points from the participant's account as a penalty, ensuring fairness and integrity in the auction process.

• Winners must complete the payment, including shipping fees, within 30 minutes. Failure to do so will lead to forfeiture of the winning bid.

• If no bids are placed, the item may remain unsold, and the auction organizer reserves the right to relist it at a later date.

• Shipping restrictions: Items cannot be shipped to Cuba, North Korea, Iran, Somalia, Ukraine, Russia, or Sudan.

• Shipping method: Pipes will be dispatched from Canada. North American and European addresses will be served by UPS, while other international locations will use Canada Post.

• For addresses outside the United States, customers are responsible for customs clearance and duty fees.

• Bidders will receive pipes that match the displayed images. Items will be inspected for condition and quality prior to dispatch. Returns and exchanges are not supported.

• The auction organizer retains the final right of interpretation for these rules and may revise them as necessary.
